This page explains how to request deletion of your Dar Auction account and associated personal data.

طلب حذف بياناتك

لطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به، استخدم إحدى القناتين التاليتين:

  1. أرسل رسالة من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك إلى [email protected]، واكتب في عنوان الرسالة «طلب حذف الحساب».
  2. أرسل الطلب من خلال نموذج اتصل بنا في منصة دار المزادات.

المعلومات المطلوبة

اذكر اسمك الكامل ورقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق. قد يتواصل فريق دار المزادات معك للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

ما الذي يحدث بعد الطلب؟

تراجع دار المزادات الطلب وتحذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية التي لا يوجد التزام نظامي أو تعاقدي بالاحتفاظ بها. قد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات المتعلقة بالمزادات أو المدفوعات أو الالتزامات النظامية للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المعمول بها.

للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالخصوصية أو حالة طلب الحذف، تواصل عبر [email protected].

Request deletion of your data

To request deletion of your Dar Auction account and the personal data associated with it, use either of the following channels:

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and use “Account deletion request” as the subject.
  2. Submit the request through the Dar Auction Contact Us form.

Information to provide

Include your full name and the mobile number or email address associated with the account. Do not send your password or verification code. Dar Auction may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What happens after the request?

Dar Auction reviews the request and deletes the account and personal data that it is not legally or contractually required to retain. Certain auction, payment, or regulatory records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law.
